About 1Red: the platform and its country rules

1reduk.net is an official information guide about 1Red.

At a glance

Countries 1Red does not serve

1Red publishes a list of excluded countries in its Terms and Conditions and KYC Policy, and the United Kingdom is on it. Residents of those countries cannot open or use an account. The documents are linked on our terms page.

What 1Red offers elsewhere

In eligible countries, a single account and balance cover slots from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, BGaming, NetEnt and Amusnet, live tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi and Playtech, progressive jackpots, tournaments, a lottery, quests and sports betting. See Games.

How accounts are protected

A confirmed email and password protect each account, with two-factor authentication available. Payouts go only to verified account holders and their own payment methods; deposits from someone else's card or wallet can be returned. Under-18s are excluded — see Gambling safely.

Genuine and fake channels

Genuine: 1red.com, the 1RED Casino web app installed from it, live chat, [email protected] and information guides like this one, which never take bets or logins. Fake: anything asking for your password, a fee to release winnings or offering UK residents a way in. See Support.
