The steps

  1. Go to 1red.com and check the address bar.
  2. Click SIGN IN.
  3. Type your e-mail address and your password.
  4. Press SIGN IN to confirm.

Password reset

Pick Forgot Your Password?, enter the account email and follow the emailed instructions. If the address itself has changed, support may ask for proof of identity or address before updating your login.
