1Red withdrawals and deposits: the facts for eligible countries

Payments at 1Red are only possible for account holders in countries where 1Red is available — UK residents cannot open an account, so cannot deposit or withdraw. For everyone else, here is how money moves: deposits from €20, withdrawals of €30–€10,000 per request after verification, bank transfers as a rule within 10 banking days.

How a withdrawal works

1. Verify your identity with photo ID, a selfie and recent proof of address — decision within 24 hours.
2. Request a withdrawal of at least €30 in Payments.
3. 1Red reviews it; you can cancel while it is pending.
4. The money is sent on the method's timescale.

Payment methods

Methods depend on the country of residence and must be in the account holder's name.

Crypto minimums

Below the minimum, on the wrong network or to the wrong address, nothing is credited or refunded; network fees apply.

How long it takes

Bank transfer: as a rule within 10 banking days after review. Crypto: after blockchain confirmation. Cards and other methods: depending on the provider.

Limits and large wins

Per request €30–€10,000, plus daily, weekly and monthly limits that rise with total deposits (from €1,000 / €2,500 / €10,000 up to €3,000 / €10,000 / €30,000). Wins over €30,000 may be paid monthly; progressive jackpots are paid in full.

Fees
